Trichology Consultation Services

Appointment Booking

All trichology consultations must be booked in advance. A deposit of 20% of the consultation fee is required to secure your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients while maintaining efficient service delivery.

Free Cancellation Period:

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled consultation time
Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund of the deposit

Late Cancellation Fee:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to your deposit amount (20% of the consultation fee)
This fee covers administrative costs and the reserved appointment slot

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full deposit amount.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty when requested more than 24 hours in advance.

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to the same cancellation fee policy.

Payment and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days
The remaining balance of your consultation fee is due at the time of your appointment

By booking an appointment with the Smart Hair Clinic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this booking policy.

This policy is effective as of 14 th July 2025 and may be updated at our discretion. Clients will be notified of any policy changes.
